I specialize in small business accounting and consulting, and the preparation of business and individual income tax returns. I have over 37 years of experience to help direct the future profitability of your company and keep your business and individual income taxes at their lowest possible levels.

The Role of Education
Choosing the right CPE courses and seminars allows me to keep current on the latest changes and developments in the accounting and taxation fields. I am a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan and I participate annually in 40 hours of continued education in the fields of taxation, accounting, and ethics. Additionally, I have an Associates Degree in business from Grand Rapids Community College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ferris State University in Big Rapids.

On a Personal Note
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife Melinda and I have been married since 1981. Our daughter Jennifer and her husband Greg are both pharmacists and have two daughters. Our son Stephen and his wife Leah are both accountants and have one son and one daughter. In addition, my hobbies include running, deer hunting, and fishing. I also like traveling out of state to places I have never been before.
